Although the front desk staff was amazing the rooms were old and in need of updating and cleanliness. In the first room we got the toilet was loose from the floor and I killed a cockroach. Second room we got was better but bathroom was not thoroughly clean and there was hair in shower drain

I didn’t have breakfast. But the staff was very knowledgeable and understanding. And had extra toothbrush and toothpaste for me. Also were very kind about switching out a coffee maker in my roomthat wasn’t working properly. Great value for a place in the middle of the city.

Room reeked of bleach. I appreciate knowing it was wiped down but no one wants to be hit in the face with that smell. My wife couldn’t stay in the room because of it. The bathroom was very small and the toilet had plastic levelers because it was not secured to the floor and it still moved back and forth. For the price, all around, the room should have been better. Thankfully we just stayed for the night.

Breakfast was not included so I didn't get breakfast at the burger place Also, I was very disappointed to learn that the shuttle which at least one or two information sources indicated that the hotel provided for easy access to and from the airport AND local sites had not been running since Covid! Seems like you need to update your on-line information BADLY! Those were two of the reasons I chose your hotel. Imagine my surprise to find that neither breakfast nor shuttle transportation were included in my reservation! My room was very comfortable and clean, so that was great. But fix your online information! I had to walk to the convention center for each of the three days of my conference! Fortunately I'm a resonably healthy 70-year old woman, but for some less able than me, this substantial walk could have been a real problem!
