We stayed for one night. Our neighbor was so loud we called 4 times from 10pm till 2am filing complaints on the noise. To put in perspective how loud this couple was we were on the 3rd floor, and the staff told us the next day they received complaints from people on the first floor about them. The staff did nothing about the noise until 2am and by then we were so worked up we got no sleep. We spoke with the morning staff and they wouldn’t issue a refund, and told me they’d send me points and I never got the email. So overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Probably one of the best and most well maintained Holiday Inn expresses that I have ever been to. The area is beautiful. Staff were friendly and efficient, the room was great, breakfast was great, good experience.
