On the first day, I found that there were blood and shoe marks on the sheets. It was very dirty. After taking photos, they changed my room. The fire alarm left after 5 :50am the next morning. At that time, I smelled smoke. Later, they said it was because there was something wrong with the kitchen.

I came to this hotel because I felt unsafe at another hotel I had booked in advance. The best decision I made was to visit this location. I was immediately greeted with a smile and felt safe. This hotel is clean, and the staff is very attentive. Breakfast was 10/10, including warm biscuits and gravy. Individually brewed coffee was available, as well as creamer and a variety of sugar options. The bagels and fruits were fresh, and I can't think of anything negative about this location. I highly recommend both the hotel and the staff.

We originally had a hotel on Victory Blvd that was HORRIBLE. We moved to this hotel and it was 100% better in every way! The staff were friendly & helpful, clean & spotless environment, we felt safe because we had a baby with is. The room was clean, comfortable beds, great tv. All around a great experiences!

Staff was welcoming & we were able to get in our room right away. Room was clean & spacious. Safe worked & every piece of furniture was in good condition. Coffee was hot & there were more selections on the breakfast bar for our 2 night stay. Was accidentally charged another $44 dollars that will be applied to our next stay.
