Excellent Stay

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. The pool was very nice. The staff is very friendly.

We showed up at the property at 2:45 PM and was scolded by rude staff telling us the check-in wasn’t until 3 PM and there would be a $50 early check-in fee if we needed to check in at 2:45 PM. I rolled my eyes and said well we’ll get in line with the rest of these people And the lady said whatever you want to do and walked away. The staff is extremely rude, when I accidentallyspilled water on the floor from a cooler later that evening, I went to find staff to ask for a towel, but couldn’t find anyone. I was told just leave. I was yelled at when I tried to find somebody to ask for a towel. Most of the staff does not speak English and could not understand what we were asking for. I will never go back to that hotel.

Tried to check in 20 min early. $50 charge for early check in so we waited the 20 min. The Toilet in our room would not flush. It was(Plugged)Guy came up and ran a snake into it make a big mess on the floor. Half mopped it up and left. TV wouldn’t work . Only 2 lights in the room . Light switches were everywhere that didn’t go to anything. . Rude people at the front desk. I never write bad reviews but I’ll never stay here again.

Very comfortable, clean, great breakfast

Clean, comfortable, nice staff, breakfast was excellent and bean to cup coffee was so good. The only problem was the air conditioner was very noisy and well not on the hotel but the highway noise was a bit much at time. I used ear plugs.

Lady was on phone whole time during check in process. I had booked 4 rooms room 319 smelled horrible cigarette smoke I had to request change due to my daughter having asthma. I got an attitude from lady but was granted the request.

Okay for an overnight but not worthy of a longer stay……price was higher than value of accommodations! No ice or drink machines on any floor other than first floor. Continental Breakfast can better then I expected.

We booked a suite with a fold out sofa, but room did not have the sofa. We were given a roll out bed, but the bedding did not fit it. We were also not given spare bedding for the chaise couch. Under the coffee table was slimy, unknown crusty stain on the coffee table. Dirty floor on the bathroom, and no spare toilet paper. Staff lied to one visitor about breakfast item being out, then when more asked about it they suddenly made more.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, but prepared very well so we were very pleased. The water pressure was the only thing lacking in both the shower and toilet.
