Property is clean. But it is very noisy. You can hear everything, especially if you’re on the bottom floor. Staff was trying to shut down breakfast will customers were still getting food. They also tried to stop you from taking your food back to your room to enjoy. Clean, but better policies should be in place and the daytime staff could be friendlier

Stayed one night. Check in was simple. Staff helped us with getting 2 beds instead of one king. Gym looked nice. Breakfast was adequate. Our room was clean. The refrigerator worked fine. Air conditioner worked well. Beds were comfortable. Quiet at night. Easy parking. All in all, I’d stay again for the price and proximity to the zoo/our home.

There is no elevator at this facility. You have to carry everyrhing upstairs. There was no lock on our door. It had been removed. No clock of any kind. The furniture was stained and there was a bug in the bathroom. Pretty sure that is urine down the wall. The bed was very comfortable. This is a pretty bad neighborhood.

A hamdicap accessible room was booked, there was nobody there to help, and the room was on the farthest side of hotel, leaving me no option except to ask 2 older gentleman to go out of their way and help me. If booking accessible rooms they should be just that, and there should have been someone to help.

Decent room for the price. Attendant lady was friendly and outgoing. Some questionable stain marks in the on the desk chair and bed sheets in the room we stayed in. However, everything was clean with lots of amenities. Safe environment overall, good for overnight stops on the road.

Ignored at check in. Staff left the counter as we walked in and we stood there for 10-15 minutes. Checked in online but still had to do the exact same paperwork at check in at the counter. Same staff ignored me when I asked for coffee cups during breakfast, none by the coffee. Towel holder was broken, bedspread was stained, rooms were noisy, AC did not operate properly. Another staff member was very friendly.

The room and bathe were clean. The only decent thing about this hotel was the design of the bathroom. The walls are paper thin. Walking down the hallways you can hear what people are talking about or what they are watching on TV. When we were in our room, we could hear people talking outside, people blaring their music in the parking lots, and could hear the TVs of the rooms next to us. There were a lot of drunks making loud noises in the hallways at 2:30 AM on Friday night, which woke us up, and continued for at least 30 minutes. The deadbolt doesn’t go all the way into the frame in our room, It barely caught on the latch, and looked like a good shove would have allows someone to simply barge into our room had they wanted to. There was the odor of marijuana emanating from multiple rooms, and one man standing outside a side entrance smoking a blunt very near our car. We asked for two extra towels yesterday, and were told that there were none available in the entire hotel. The water pressure in the shower was average at best. Not all of the lights worked in the room, and only one side of the bed had access to an outlet. This was, unfortunately, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and it’s not even close.
