When i opened the door..the light switch plate fell off when i touched the switch..which didn’t work. The power outlets by the nightstand were broken and wires were exposed

I've stayed here before and didn't have any problems. However, this time, upon checking in, I could see the desk attendant feeding the outside while looking through the window. He was sitting looking at his phone and rubbing a socked foot with his hand! Once I entered and approached the desk it him a minute to noticed me and once he did he was very nice and apologized. However, he did not sanitize his hands!

The hotel itself was very nice, but our hotel bathroom was not ready for customer use. It had apparently been remodeled and was never fully completed. The toilet paper holder was broken and not fixed, one corner outside the shower was poorly patched and not painted, and the shower has no shelving to hold soap or shampoo. Plus the bathroom vanity was never properly cleaned/dusted after remodel. I told the desk clerk of the problems at our departure. I hope the issues are fixed before the next guest gets that room.
