The hotel room we had , had roaches in it and dirty sheets. Spoke to the GM of hotel and they weren’t going to switch us to another room so I asked for refund because that’s unacceptable to sleep in. And they explained they had pest problem in other units but never told us that.
When I booked no where did it say that they required a deposit after paying everything in full before arrival. Then when I checked in the woman at the front desk gave me a key to a room as I drove up and took down all my luggage and went upstairs to the room the key didn't work only to see that someone was already occupying the room I went downstairs to complain and she blamed Expedia for overbooking that it happens all the time. Totally unacceptable and I don't recommend the towels had hair on them and not the cleanest place either
The room was not clean, the bed was not made, it was invested with roaches, also there was a mice in the room and management was not able to change our room because they had prior reservations..I was up all night killing roaches it by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at and will not ever go back
The jetted tub really makes up for a lot of things but i saw 7-9 roaches in a two day span. There was a dead one when i slipped down the sheets so i was forced to replace all bedding before touching any of my bags. There were webs by the door like a broom hasnt touched that area in a while. and my microwave was missing for the first 16-28hrs of me being there until i noticed and informed them. They just need to exterminate and get better cleaners!
The property, from the outside looks like one of those routine two story economy motels, only its seen a nice coat of paint and some above average property maintenance/landscaping... its attractive, nonetheless!
The price on here was exceptional, considering the location and the prices of neighboring hotels! The photos online look great, and the rooms look exactly like them... as long as your eyes are crossed or you have astigmatism in both of them. I unfortunately do and i was in a situation that required me to tolerate the conditions here far longer than I EVER would/should/have.

The only part that i couldnt photograph was the need to go to the office 3x a day to be let into my room because the keycard scanner on the door was possessed and did what it wanted.
The room had never seen bleach until i introduced the two... the washrag was a spot on the floor roughly 12"×12" that we never made contact with. The microwave was missing the innerts and no habla english... the legs on the bed were jenky and made the bed scary to sit on. The floor in the bathroom was water rotted and sinking in the middle. The toilet had black mold. The tub did too... unfortunately i cleaned it before photos...
The only thing it didnt have was bedbugs... and a proper exhaust system in the bathroom.
I would appreciate Expedia refunding the cost for the motel as I didn't stay the night because of finding out that the walls are infested with roaches and the beds are infested with bed bugs in room 110.
