The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The lobby and hallways were clean but the outside was a little trashy. The location was excellent with a lot of conveniences around. We felt safe parking and walking in and out. The desk clerk was super helpful and friendly!! I would definitely stay here again!

We did not stay, the room smelled and conditions were nasty. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving our belongings in the room. I basically paid over $150 to use the rest room, change and leave.

I just stayed 3 nights for the Arnold Expo and let me tell you it was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. When we first walked in, the room smelled very fresh and looked very clean, not like other motel 6s I’ve been to. The staff was the friendliest it could be, the area seemed very safe, and our next door neighbor had a pet raccoon in the window! around great experience, Would very much recommend!👍

Place is very noisy, especially at night when your long-term tenants are out and about. The stairway smell like urine and feces. The garbage was overfilled and the hallways smelled of marijuana. The bed was comfortable and the staff cleaned the room every day. There were people just sitting in their cars with the cars, running at all hours of the night tents in the adjacent properties. The hotel is very old and in need ofmaintenance.
