Check in was good and easy, but the shower in our room was a nightmare. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold and the pressure was not much more than a slow drip. The pillows could also have some more fluff, for my preference.

Comfortable room, well located with a great restaurant in the parking lot for a late dinner. The staff were the real stars here -- there was a faulty smoke detector in my room that kept chirping despite having a battery change when I first arrived and the overnight desk manager came right up at 5 a.m. to fix it for me! Wonderful people, so incredibly friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

We got there and thry said our room was canceled do to a water leak. No other rooms avaible and the pictures on the website are very deceiving.Its run down i would not recommend or ever try to reserve a room there again.

It was so loud, all night i kept hearing thumps and talking, checked out at 6 am when i couldnt sleep, there were random bikes and scooters laying on sidewalks and an area taped off from the concrete crumbling

Our reservation was cancelled due to a water problem. Unfortunately, when the called at 1138pm the night before they didn't leave a voicemail. I had no idea about the cancellation until we were checking in. Normally not a huge problem except we were in town for a big concert and most hotels were sold out. I was disappointed only because had they left a voicemail I could have figured something out. We did get a refund after calling hotels.com so that was appreciated.
