Smell was atrocious

It was so bad that I left and got a room at another hotel. The smell and the floors were atrocious. There was multiple cigarette burns on the bathroom sink. There was some sort of liquid in the mini fridge. layers and layers of paint on the walls & trim. I brought the issue of the smell in the room. The front desk went to the room a sprayed Lysol to try to cover it up. Many of the lights not working in the front lobby. Trash and cigarette butts in the parking lot.

It was under repair and not much for a continental breakfast. Otherwise staff was polite and room was exactly as it was supposed to be. Had a great time.

They charged my card while I was at a concert and once I got to the hotel they said there were no rooms available and I wasn’t able to stay even though they charged my card.

It was very easy to find. But Im not sure why I had to sign for a nonsmoking room only to have weed wafting into my room from the hallways from other people. I was on the first floor and the people were so rude they were partying until 3am in the morning. While I recognize that this wasnt a staff issue, they also didnt do anything to stop it and we were right down the hall from the front desk. When I tried to call the front desk it just rang. I had minor children with me. The room didnt have enough towels. We used a hand towel for the floor bath mat. Bathroom handles were broken. We were only there for one night but I didnt even get the rest I wanted or needed. Check in was very easy though and the lady working was very kind. Check out was easy as well.

First Ramada stay in the US

This hotel is in need of some love and care, probably not been visited by senior management for a long time. Initial experience, smelt of cigarette smoke, no real customer service at checkin, food area dirty. Room was ok, standard hotel room, clean sheets, etc. Carpet looked like it needed cleaning. Needed extra pillows and served well by the staff, very polite. (different person to the checkin person) Quiet night, other customers were nice people staying while working in the area. In morning, wanted a little breakfast, cereal but no milk anywhere. Bagel was good. First time staying in a Ramada in the USA, stayed in very good Ramadas in other countries, no comparison. Come on Wyndham, please improve it.

Ok however the advertised breakfast was nothing but a loaf of bread and batter for a waffle maker. No oatmeal, fruit, eggs, saudage, bacon, etc. this went on a few days I kept asking and the excuse was the oven was broke. I would call first and ask for kicks!

This was a good place to sleep only nothing else was good about it. The breakfast was terrible with bagels, toast, waffles and microwave sausage. The side doors to the hotel were open because there was no locks on the doors. The pool area was closed. Management stated that they were remodeling the place but I could not tell. As you remove stuff you supposed to replace it especially door locks for the customers safety.

Very loud guests came in middle of night hanging out near the lobby, reported it and the staff did tell them to quiet down but volume went back up and continued for about 30 mins. Didn't have any towels, washcloths, etc in my room.

Needs some TLC

Hotel staff are somewhat friendly. Our room definitely needed some TLC and by TLC I Mean like fix a few things around the room like the hairdryer holder pulling away from the wall, painting in the rooms was horrible with paint on mouldings, floor, ceiling etc I was surprised that being at a Ramada, which I feel is a well respected chain but not this location. I would hope the owner will look into the shabbiness of the rooms.

Didnt stay here but the staff was helpful trying to get my money back. Expedia however is awful. Very hard to contact and, at least where I live, their automated program is almost non-functional. I tried to cancel my reservation because of a death in my family. It took over two hours total including finally talking to a human. Then I was lied to, by Expedia, telling me the manager of the hotel wouldn't let me cancel. By this time I was past my 24 notice to cancel. Please never, ever use Expedia.

The hotel was dirty, the attendant gave someone a key to our room who walked in while we were sleeping and then agreed to provide a refund for the second day due to the key being given and us checking out early however a refund was never given
