This is probably the worst hotel on this planet. It may as well just be a homeless shelter. Everything's sticky. The showers are disgusting. The mattresses are FILTHY. Shut this place down.

The building is old and run down, the rooms smelt musty without the air conditioning and the bathrooms were very dated. Stains on the toilet seat and toilet bowl, mold around the shower and there was only cold water coming from a leaking tap.

We left. I wish I could give 0 stars. This property felt extremely unsafe, there were guests screaming at each other in their rooms (which we could all hear in ours), the hall and rooms smelled like urine, the bathroom was disgusting, the beds looked slept in, the lights didn’t work. We truly felt unsafe and left. Please don’t stay here. We are fans of RRI, but this is not one to stay in!

I didn't decide to call it a night until 3a.m and 5 mins after I got into the bed I quickly got right back out so mad I didn't know what to do. My skin was itching and crawling because of bedbugs!! I thought it was just my mind because it was so fast that my entire body was itching but it's because there is an infestation. I don't talk bad about hotels but this needs fixed

The tub was black, the toilet was nonstop running and didn't flush. The ac kept rattling. The $100 deposit wasn't known until day of. Was told that I had to pay 30 extra for a late check out, which was only an extra hour. All around, not very great.

The most terrible experience the parking was full and I parked in the back I see a door close by and tried to bring my luggage in but I can’t. Later on when I’m in the room the guy on front desk go and treated me to cancel my room because he said I no supposed to use the door but they didn’t have signal to say anything that’s a exit door. And the room was dirty I need the manager contact me
