Great location, felt like we were 20 minutes away from everything we wanted to do in Columbus. Parking is a challenge, the lot is shared and there aren't enough entrances to the Residence Inn areas.

The staff was amazing. We had a personal emergency and the staff went above and beyond to help. This was very much appreciated! The hotel was great. The room was clean and spacious. Overall great place..will definitely go back again!

Great hotel. Unfortunately the housekeeping banged on our door at 10am wanting to now when we were checking out. This was 2 hours earlier than normal check out and we had requested a late check out. We were woken up by this when we were expecting to have a late wake up.
