Staff was terrific and very helpful. Very pleased with our stay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Would stay here again. We did not have a pet with us but noticed others and hotel seems very pet friendly with treat jar near entrance .

If want to stay at a hotel with no working elevator, a hot and muggy front desk and breakfast area, and a management team with a take it or leave it attitude then this is your place. They are listed as pet friendly but that comes with a steep price. If you are not pleased with that and what a refund so you can go to another hotel Too Bad as neither the hotel nor Expedia will refund your money, even when you never accepted the room. Don’t ask for the general manager as they won’t tell you his or her name or give you their phone number. When you call Expedia they do nothing to help you.

Got maintenance?

Room was very comfortable and clean. The room we reserved was only available on the 3rd floor. Not a problem unless both elevators are out of service. Since my wife and I are in our 60's, I asked if he was going to carry our bags up the stairs. Hard to believe, but he found us a room on the 2nd floor. Ice maker on 2nd floor, men's room urinal in lobby, was out of service and pool was closed. Room and breakfast met our expectations.
