This was truly a mixed experience for us. First off, communication with the host was very rocky from the beginning. It did take a minute for responses from the host but I can’t complain too much. The next thing was the broken things in the home. The bed broke on one of my guests due to there being a lack of screws in the boards. There was also a broken stool with missing screws which was there upon arrival. Other loose screws were found around the home. The house did have its dirty areas such as the vents and the hard, crunchy carpet. The doors and walls could’ve used wiping down. The kitchen did look a little run down as the cabinets were peeling. There was also nothing stocked. We had to go out to buy paper towels and hand soap. We couldn’t start the dishwasher, as in the check in instructions, because there were no pods or even dish soap. Despite those issues, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the home for everyone to stretch out. There were a few games and workout equipment. The host did show up unannounced which kind was odd for me but she was kind. She did warn us not to be fighting outside which later rubbed me the wrong way because the police showed up sooner after stating that someone thought we were inside fighting although we were just playing uno. Like I mentioned before this was truly a mixed experience for us.
