Our stay was booked for 12/29-1/2. the heat thermostat didnt work. i notified the host & he suggested to give it time to heat up. we were in condo for hours & temperature did not get above 50 degrees. The fan would run but heat would not kick on. I found tampons/pads in both bathroom trashcans, trash behind console in livingroom, gummy candy on floor, water bottle in freezer, water in bathroom sink (unable to drain), used shampoo/toothpaste. We had to stay in a hotel the first night due to being too cold in condo- hoping the host would fix the heat. I contacted the host numerous times regarding the heat & was told there is nothing wrong with the heat. I informed the host that we can not stay in a cold condo- i needed a refund. The host said he could not give me a refund.
