The hotel reported that they called hotels.com to let them know that they had to cancel my reservation due to a plumbing issue. Hotels.com NEVER contacted me. I was in a city with no other options. We had to return home.

The bed and linens were comfortable. The room was nice. The breakfast buffet was much to be desired- food was old tasting, cold, many items were empty and the person in charge of refilling simply wasn’t doing it. Both coffee’s were empty, milk for cereal empty, ice for beverages melted…
