Positive: 1/2 block from Palace Theatre. Large nicely furnished and clean suites. Staff was very nice, even comping us free waters when we returned from the concert we attended. Negative: There is a general lack of exterior signage. We passed it twice, then finally figured it out by matching a Google Street view to the building. Equally unclear was where the parking garage entrance was. While there were several garages, none said garage for Capitol Suites guests. The hotel is marginally ADA accessible. Access to the elevator in the parking garage had a curb. The curb was short, but hard to see when exiting to the garage. I ended up falling and twisting my ankle because with wrangling the door and luggage, I didn't see it. It seems wheelchair users would have to enter from the front ground floor, but there is no pull-up or unloading area. No information on hotel amenities, where the ice machine is, or local nearby restaurants or attractions was handed out or available in the room. I don't know if theu provide room service.
