Our apartment is located within a beautiful, gated community in the Polaris shopping area of Westerville.
The community quiet, safe, and brand new. It was literally just built in the past year or two.
When you stay at our place, you can walk to restaurants (101 Beer Kitchen, Buffalo Wild Wings, Clean Juice, etc.)
You're also practically next door to the Polaris Fashion Place mall (2-3 miles), and even closer (less than 1 mile) from IKEA, Top Golf, and dozens more restaurants.
You'll also enjoy access to all the complimentary amenities at the clubhouse...including the fully-equipped fitness center, the Starbucks Coffee barista machine, business center, and outdoor saltwater pool.
We provide easy self check-in via the keypad at the apartment door. As soon as you book, we'll send you your keypad code (codes are automatically changed for each guest). When you arrive, you'll also find physical keys on the kitchen counter. During your stay, you'll have the entire apartment to yourself. You'll also have access to the community clubhouse with its fitness center, saltwater pool, coffee station, etc.

Cats and dogs <75 lbs are welcome to join you during your stay (2 pets max). No commonly restricted breeds please. A recent copy of vet records will be required for dogs.

Q: What if I don't know how long I'll need to stay? Do I have to commit to the whole stay upfront in order to make sure nobody else books nights I might need?
A: No worries! Unlike most furnished rentals, we specialize in flexible stays. Just book your first 30 nights for starters, then send us a message. We'll block our calendar as far out as you want so that you can just extend as you go if needed. All we ask is that you give us 2 weeks' notice when you're ready to move out.
Q: What if my plans change after booking and I end up needing to shorten my stay/change my dates?
A: No problem. Just let us know what you need! Once you move in, 30 nights is the minimum stay. Otherwise, you can shorten your stay any time with just 2 weeks' notice. We'll even provide a partial refund for any unused nights you may have already paid for beyond the 2-week mark.
Q: I found another furnished rental that is cheaper. Why should I spend more to book with you?
A: As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. We go above and beyond to impress our guests - from our obsessive cleaning practices to the quality of our bedding to the speed of our responses when you have a question. We strive keep our rates reasonable, but ultimately, it costs money to provide quality. We believe that comfort and peace of mind are important enough to splurge on a little bit, and we hope you'll agree. :)

A: All of our photos show the exact apartment you'll be renting, exactly the way it will look when you arrive...even down to little details like the placement of the complimentary Fiji waters on the beds.
