I think we were in the "old" part of the hotel. The room was nothing great and could definitely use some udates... especially the bathroom. Our room was very cold and the thermostat did not make a difference when adjusted, and the fan could not be turned off, only turned to low. Our room had an old fashioned "key" and we saw others with modern key cards, which is why I am guessing maybe some of the rooms have been renovated, or a new addition was added. The lobby, restaurant/bar and the shuttle to Brown County music center were all very nice, and because of these things (& the hope that our next room is better) we will stay again. Great location!

The hotel was very convenient for a concert across the street. The room was clean, but when we got in, the balcony door was open (in December) and it took me and my friend several minutes to get it to latch properly. Then we found the laminated note in the key card envelope on how to shut it! That was pretty weird, but otherwise no complaints!
