I reserved a room with a roll-in shower through Expedia because of my wheelchair bound wife and received confirmation. At check-in I asked to be sure and was told the room one. However as is too often the case, the room had a bathtub instead. The bath had multiple grab bars for which we were grateful. Still, transferring was tenuous and I need to insist on the shower. With that and the exception of a very icy parking lot, we were pleased with the hotel. The room was very clean, and the suite offered a lot for the money. The staff was accommodating, and the bathroom was spacious, however the bedroom itself was tight for a wheelchair "accessible" room. The description on Expedia states that there is a restaurant inside the hotel. That is not the case anymore but there are several nearby. All in all, the hotel is a good value.

Room was very nice but the lighting was terrible - no decent bright areas, especially if you are looking for them to get ready in. Also didn’t get the room I booked - booked kind suite with pull out couch. Got there and it wasn’t available, was offered regular two queen room or queen suite with a pullout recliner that was so small it wasn’t suitable for sleeping on. Hotel itself has been beautifully renovated but the parking lot was a mess. Staff was very professional and kind.

Jai was provided extraordinary customer service by welcoming me and my cousin to the hotel every day and helping us with our questions. Our room was not clean and along our stay we would find things as if the room was being worked on wires debre as if things had been sanded and left as is as well as hair. We complained. I burned a sandlewood scented candle that was left at all times in the bathroom as a courtesy during a BM. The manager says well there was cigarette smoke. Wrong because I haven’t smoked tobacco since 15 and I’m almost 50. Videos would clearly show where we went each time “outside” on grounds! She then went to say about a no open flame! It’s stated all over the place about a smoke free facility but nothing about a candle or what scent of candle to burn. So why would I picka room right next to front desk on the first floor to smoke in the room? Please! She says she makes the decision and will not refund it and there was no one above her and hung up! I am insulted. I also asked her was the room suppose to be rented with obvious repair work having been done but not cleaned up. I texted the co dictions as well during our stay. Someone showed up @10 to clean when we check out @12. Bathroom right there burning the candle but he didn’t say anything. This was my first time Being accused of anything such as this from hotels to air bnb and if a candle can’t be burned then it should be stated!

Booked a double queen room for my husband and adult daughter. Upon check in they were informed that no double queen rooms were available and the only option was a king suite. My husband spent the night on a very uncomfortable pullout bed. I understand that booking errors occur, but paying almost $200 a night for a terrible nights sleep is not something anyone wants to do.
