In the heart of the charming village of Coly-Saint-Amand, we have found for you this ensemble consisting of an old house and a renovated barn, fully fitted to accommodate up to 8 people. Each house has 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. A pleasant swimming pool secured by a roller shutter will enhance your stay.
Atypical, this property allows you to rent both houses. The oldest is entirely on one level. You will discover a large living area with its fitted kitchen, including a fridge-freezer, a gas hob, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. These facilities will allow you to prepare good little dishes. For your breakfasts, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster are at your disposal to start the day well. You can have your meals around a large friendly table, then relax on the TV lounge sofa, facing the fireplace. On the night side, you will find two bedrooms, each with its private bathroom including a bathtub and a Queen size bed (160 x 200). An independent WC completes this property.
In the other house, the renovated barn, the ground floor includes the living room with a new fitted kitchen with the same appliances (except cooking, electric hob), a dining area and a TV lounge. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), a shower room and a separate WC. A laundry room with a washing machine is also at your disposal.
Between the two houses, you will find a courtyard. On the other side of the old house, you access the garden with the swimming pool and terrace, with no overlooking neighbours. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture for outdoor dining. A plancha and a barbecue are available for your outdoor meals. You will also enjoy a lovely view of the valley.
The swimming pool, 8 x 4 m and 1.6 m deep, is salt water and secured by a manual roller shutter. It is available from 1 June to 27 September. Around the pool, parasols, garden chairs and sun loungers are installed so that you can fully enjoy your holiday.
The reversible air conditioning is installed in the "old house", and fans are made available in the "barn".
