The "Lidi Ferraresi" beaches, also called "Lidi di Comacchio", are located on the Adriatic coast between Venice and Ravenna. The Po River and the various watercourses of the Po Delta form a labyrinth of waterways that you can navigate with motorboats or other small boats. Don't miss a visit to the thousand year old Pomposa Abbey, the ancient city of Ravenna (35 km) with its important early Christian monuments and Byzantine mosaics, the city of Ferrara (60 km) with its fully preserved medieval and Renaissance city center and above all the wonderful lagoon city of Venice (100 km), one of the most beautiful cities of all. Within a radius of 80-100 km you will also find a variety of amusement and aqua parks that will delight young and old. The dishes and ingredients of the region, as well as ancient traditions, bring to the table the famous "tortellino, piadina, tagliatelle, Parma ham, balsamic vinegar, Parmigiano Reggiano", and the famous eel from Comacchio.
