The independent main kitchen is spacious, filled with natural light, and fully equipped for family vacations or longer stays.



On the ground floor, there is a full bathroom (with shower and laundry facilities) and a generously sized bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan, and TV.



The first floor presents another bedroom with a double bed and private terrace, accompanied by a newly refurbished en-suite bathroom with both bathtub and shower. From this bedroom, a cozy loft houses an additional double bed—perfect for families. This level also offers a terrace overlooking the mountains and pool, as well as a second living area with an integrated kitchen, a sleeping nook with a double bed, and another bright bedroom with a fireplace leading out to its own solarium. This zone can be closed off for privacy, functioning as a separate house within the property.
