Villa La Noria. Beautiful and magnificent villa with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The villa consists of 3 adjoining apartments with separate entrances all around a magnificent swimming pool with beautiful terraces offering stunning views. The villa is rented as a complete house to ensure complete privacy for our guests. Located 5 minutes drive from the village of Comares and with wifi, parking, gardens, heating (for the colder months), sensational views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is about a 30 minute drive away. It has a lovely beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.
Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with plenty of bars and restaurants.
Nerja, with its famous caves and stunning views of the Mediterranean, is around 1 hour away and the drive along the coastal road before turning for Comares is superb.
The village of Comares, the most beautiful white village in the Axarquia, is charming. It is 5 minutes by car and has bars, banks, shops, bakeries, restaurants, a pharmacy and a doctor. There are also several bars and restaurants in the small hamlet of Los Ventorros, 5 minutes walk from the villa. Malaga and the city are an hour's drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalusia, such as Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This region of southern Spain has the best climate in all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperatures throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalusia.

A car is essential in this villa to be able to make the most of your holiday.

You must pay a refundable damage deposit of €500 on arrival, by credit card. You will be refunded within 7 days of your departure. This cannot be done on the day of your departure, as many guests leave the houses/apartments on the same day. Please ensure our office or your caretaker has your bank details in order to return the deposit. Thanks!

Beautiful countryside

A lovely villa high in the hills above Malaga, with a pool, the only thing missing was air conditioning although fans were supplied. Comares is a spectacular hilltop village with stunning views right down to the coast. All in all a great weeks holiday with the family.

Beautiful property with stunning views

Had a wonderful stay at the end of September. Weather was fantastic and the pool a refreshing relief from the heat. The villas are all well equipped and spotlessly clean, the owners have thought of absolutely everything. Car essential in order to enjoy the surrounding countryside and visit nearby Comares. Would highly recommend.

Los apartamentos estaban muy bien, el entorno precioso, la piscina confortable y la cercanía de la cocina con la zona exterior y la piscina muy bien. Las casas están bien cuidadas y tienen de todo y había mucha tranquilidad. Muy contentos con la estancia de la casa.Como punto de mejora poner aire acondicionado en las casas, sobre todo en las habitaciones. Cuando hace mucho calor fuera, se nota mucho en las habitaciones el calor, los ventiladores de mano es poca solución.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis

Wij ( 3 families)hadden door de 3 ruime appartementen in 1 huis het perfecte huis. Door de grote eetkeuken konden we toch gezellig met elkaar eten ,maar toch privacy. Prachtig uitzicht en meer dan genoeg ruimte om het huis. Mooie (wandel ) omgeving.

Beautiful minimalistic place and a great host

Our host was super nice and attentive. He gave us oranges and papaya. We loved the sparsely decorated and new house, set in a valley with orange groves in front of the house. Close to the village, great (steep) hikes and plenty of space to realx, which was our aim. I will try to book it for next year. Thanks
