Beautiful chalet, built in 2010, with a surface area of 180 m², located in a very quiet area near the village of Combloux and the Biotope Lake. It comprises an entrance hall, dressing room, guest WC, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and its own shower room and WC, a bright and spacious living area with a lounge, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace, opening onto a lovely south-facing terrace with views of Mont Blanc and access to the garden. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine office and a TV lounge area. On the ground floor: a bedroom with two single beds (80 cm) and its own bathroom/WC, a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and its own shower room and WC, and a bedroom with two bunk beds. A garage, washing machine and dryer, refrigerator and freezer, and a WC with washbasin are also provided. Wi-Fi is included. To be paid upon arrival: Tourist tax and security deposit by credit card only.
