In a small residence located 4.5 km from the center of Combloux, in a quiet and rural location in summer, at the foot of the ski slopes in winter, duplex of around 45 m2 comprising: An entrance hall, shower room /wc with washing machine, living room with balcony with beautiful view of Mont Blanc, kitchen area equipped with microwave, hotplates and fridge with freezer space. Upstairs, attic mezzanine (at the highest 1.75 and at the lowest 1.20) open to the living room with a 160 X 200 bed, a bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds + a trundle bed, bath area. Parking space in common garage n° 430. Ski locker. Animal-free, decorative fireplace.
