Very beautiful half triplex chalet of 120 m2, new in tourist residence with swimming pool and wellness area in the center of the village of Combloux composed of: On the ground floor; an entrance, a guest toilet, a very beautiful living room with its wood stove, living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, raclette and fondue machine ...), opening onto a large terrace of 20m2 enjoying a magnificent view of Mont Blanc. On the garden level; Two double bedrooms with single beds (90x190), a separate toilet, a shower room and a bathroom-toilet. On the 1st floor; a double bedroom with a 160 bed and a communicating bedroom with a 2x90 trundle bed, a shower room WC. The apartment benefits from wifi as well as access to the swimming pool and the wellness area of the residence (only in season). COMFORT service (On estimate from the fortnight): household linen included. Rented with an underground parking space and 2 ski lockers. To be paid upon arrival: Tourist tax and accommodation deposit by credit card only.
