Please note: we are on well water which is not safe for drinking - THERE IS CLEAN DRINKING WATER ON SITE! There is a tap with clean drinking water located to the right of the kitchen sink faucet.

Our family loved this property! The cottage itself is amazing, and the location is perfect. You can tell the hosts really care about their guest's experience. Beautiful sunrise and great location. Enjoyed the delightful outdoor space and cleanliness of the house. They allowed us to bring our two dogs and there was room for their crates. Only negative was the bed was too hard for our taste. Would stay here again!

We used the house for a place to stay while in the outer Detroit area over the holidays. The owners allowed us to put up a little artificial Christmas tree which made being away from home for my grandsons just perfect. The living area is a large space and was perfect for hanging out between family visits. The three bedrooms were very comfortable.

Location was excellent for our needs. The lake is electric motor only, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The cleanliness of the unit was lacking. Food left in cupboards and refrigerator from previous tenants. The oven and outdoor grill need a good cleaning. The home had a musty smell upon entry. The living room A/C system failed and took multiple visits from technician to correct. I needed to set aside 5 days to allow repairmen into the home.
