Beautiful Property

Very nice apartment with everything we needed.Beautiful grounds and location is very convenient for visiting Normandy, in particular the D-Day beaches.We would love to more of the history of the property itself?Parking for the apartment is slightly inconvenient.

Quiet and Great Location

We went to Normandy to bike (rented bikes from Locvélo in Bayeux), play a bit of golf and visit a few interesting sites. All were in close proximity. We stopped in Rouen on the way and on the way back. Great trip

Nice unit, Rough location

The unit is exactly as shown, no real complaint there. Nice utensils and dinnerware. Unit is well furnished and cozy once there. Finding the place is another issue, to say off the beaten path is an understatement. When we were looking at the location on maps we found no GPS would actually find the units. What we ended up doing is putting in a hotel right around the corner from the actual place and punting from there. It did actually work and we found it but not without some consternation.

Wonderful, quiet retreat

We had a lovely stay at this property. BĂ©atrice was very helpful and welcoming and her place was very nice and perfectly situated in a quiet and beautiful area of Normandy. We were close driving distance to Omaha and Utah beaches as well as restaurants. We also brought our dog and having the fenced garden area was perfect. Would absolutely recommend. Merci beaucoup, BĂ©atrice!

Traumhafte Lage mit Blick in die Weite nach Bayeux auf einem wunderschönen Anwesen. Viele interessante D-Day- Ziele in der NĂ€he, etwas Fahrbereitschaft muss man mitbringen. Das Appartement war hĂŒbsch eingerichtet, blitzsauber mit bequemen Betten, diese aber sehr schmal. FĂŒr 2 Personen ist es perfekt. Kleines Manko: die beiden Schlafkammern haben nur MilchglastĂŒren zum Wohnbereich und keine Fenster, dort ließ sich das Fenster nur schwer öffnen. Dass dort keine Fenster sind, hĂ€tte man mal in der Beschreibung erwĂ€hnen können, denn es gibt ja viele wie ich, die nachts bei offenem Fenster schlafen

Certes, le site est superbe et proche des plages du dĂ©barquement mais l’appartement laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer. Les chambres n’avaient pas de fenĂȘtre et avec la chaleur on avait du mal Ă  respirer. Les murs n’étaient pas Ă©pais et on entendait tout. S’ajoute que dans une chambre le matelas Ă©tait tout mou et sans doute vieux. Si on dort mal, on ne peut guĂšre profiter du sĂ©jour. De plus, la salle de bains Ă©tait mal aĂ©rĂ©e et ressemblait davantage Ă  un sauna. C’est dommage vu que le site est vraiment charmant.

Appartement au calme en Normandie

TrĂšs joli appartement meublĂ© avec beaucoup de goĂ»t et au calme possĂ©dant tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires pour le sĂ©jour. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© les lits faits et le linges de maison fournis. La literie est excellente. MĂȘme si nous n'en avons pas profitĂ© pleinement Ă  cause du temps le jardin clĂŽturĂ© (idĂ©al pour notre chien) et la terrasse sont un plus. La commune est trĂšs proche de port en bessin oĂč l'on trouve commerces et restaurants mĂȘme en fĂ©vrier !!! Un grand merci Ă  BĂ©atrice pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilitĂ© et rĂ©activitĂ© pour rendre ce sĂ©jour le plus agrĂ©able possible. Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour.
