I had a very disappointing experience at this apartment. The website clearly stated check-in was at 12 pm, but when I arrived at 1 pm and contacted the owner, she told me that all check-ins were actually at 3 pm, blaming it on a ‘system error.’ However, she offered no help, even though I had already paid, and the apartment was empty and ready for use. We ended up sitting outside for two hours; the owner knew we had walked there and yet refused to let us in, even when we politely asked to enter just 10 minutes before 3 pm. To make matters worse, the phone number provided on the booking website wasn’t even the owner’s, which added to the confusion and made it difficult to reach her initially. Once we finally got inside, we found black mold in the shower, and the so-called ‘clean’ dishes were visibly dirty. This was not the experience we expected, and I would not recommend staying here.
