The host Isabella was extremely helpful and kind. We were on a 3 week trip to Italy and it was the best hotel experience we have had. The room was a very decent size and the location was very central and made it easy to catch ferries or take the train. I would highly recommend this place if your planning to come to lake como

Had a lovely stay at The Convo. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great - everything walkable (Cathedral, ferries, bars and restaurants). Free afternoon nibbles and drinks. Breakfast is good quality at a local cafe (although choice is a little limited)

Great location just a few minutes from the train station. Our room was clean and comfortable, and check‑in was super quick. Anna was fantastic — really friendly and full of great local tips. She suggested La Pasta for dinner, and it ended up being an amazing choice. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for a smooth, stress‑free overnight stay in Como.

While this may be an older property and not necessarily the best, their check-in taff was the best! Our shower door was broken and staff couldn't get our tv to work, but Anna, Anna and Karen were the nicest, most kindest and helpful with some personal needs that came up. We had some documents that needed to be printed and they were very sweet and accommodating to accomplish the task. The hotel was conveniently located, cose to the lake and many restaurants.
