Séjour catastrophique et service client indigne

J’ai séjourné dans un appartement à Côme via Rent All Como, censé offrir des prestations de qualité. L’expérience a été tout simplement désastreuse : dès le 2e jour, coupure d’électricité et d’eau chaude pendant que j’étais sous la douche, machine à laver en marche. Après plusieurs heures sans solution, on découvre que c’est la machine elle-même qui provoque les coupures. Résultat : une doudoune trempée, pas d’eau chaude, pas de possibilité d’utiliser le sèche-cheveux ni le four, car l’électricité sautait à chaque tentative. (Pour le contexte, il a plu tout le long du séjour ce qui etait deja difficile à vivre). Le comble ? On m’informe ensuite que le propriétaire n’a pas payé ses factures d’électricité, et que les pannes allaient se poursuivre tout au long du séjour. Une matinée perdue à attendre des nouvelles, des vêtements inutilisables, et une obligation d’aller à la laverie. Le remboursement proposé est une insulte à la hauteur du préjudice : Rent All Como m’a remboursé seulement 30% du montant total payé (et encore j'ai du négocier car ils proposaient un % ridicule), pour eux cela represente 50% car ils déduisent la comission de la plateforme et des frais de ménage... Un professionnel sérieux aurait assumé ses responsabilités et proposé un remboursement à la hauteur. Bref un appartement type ikea ou rien ne fonctionne et aucune solution proposée, une soirée et une matinée de perdue
