Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom modern villa in the heart of Andalucia with a private secluded pool. New to the rental market 2025.
Large outside area with multiple tables, chairs, sunbeds and lounging areas. Stunning views of the mountains, surrounded by forestry, farmland and gardens.
Located just 3.5km from the beautiful Cómpeta Pueblo. Only 20 minutes drive to the nearest beach at Torrox Costa.
This spendid 3 bedroomed 2 bathroom villa has been recently refurbished to high modern standards.
The villa has a fully fitted American style kitchen complete with a large fridge freezer, electric fan oven, induction hob, extractor and a fitted dish washer. There is also a toaster, microwave and filter coffee machine provided. The cupboards have all the essential cooking utensils, crockery and plates.
From the kitchen you walk into the bright and airy open plan lounge and dining area.
There is a modern wooden dining table for those rare times when you wish to dine indoors. A large patio window and doors lead outside to the covered dining area, so easy access to the kitchen facilities.
The lounge area is very tastefully arranged and furnished with a pellet burner and a LED TV with HDMI points. Free WIFI is provided. This is a light room with large patio doors leading to the pool and outside terraces. Fitted air-conditioning unit, keeps this room temperate to enjoy those relaxing moments away from the sun. We have a large set of patios doors from here to access the pool terrace,
The Master bedroom has stunning views over the countryside, mountains. There is a comfortable king size bed, fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. The large en-suite shower room is modern and stylish, recently refurbished to a high standard. This also houses the washing machine for your use during your stay, to help keep your clothes fresh.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning.
Bedroom 3 is complete with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning.
There is also a family shower room to service the twin bedrooms.
The secluded pool terrace has several sunbeds and amazing mountain views. This area is pleasantly positioned and is not overlooked.
There is also an outside kitchen area with gas BBQ and shaded dining area. Once you've seen it you will not want to leave!
This is a private and secluded area and not shared or overlooked, perfect for sunbathing and total relaxation.
There is also an outside shower for you to cool down and remove the oils and lotions prior to entering the swimming pool.
The villa is located approximately 3.5km in the campo (countryside) outside Cómpeta pueblo in the Almajara Mountain range. The access road to the villa is mainly concreted and well maintained and easily navigated.
The garden and pool terraces are fully fenced and private.
The surrounding villages offer many bars, restaurants to dine, so can easily eat out every day and sample the local cuisine at an affordable price.
This area is renowned for its speciality Cómpeta Wine and festival dishes of Migas, Paella and the sharing of the grapes.
Within the village of Cómpeta it is possible to organise tours to vineyards, walking tours, boat trips, hire of cycles, jeeps, kayaks and many many more activities. We recommend that you pay a visit to the tourist office on the edge of the village by the bus stop, they have a wealth of knowledge and speak many languages.
The vibrant pueblo of Cómpeta has several supermarkets , panaderias (bread shop) & pescaderias (fish shops) generally open from 9am-8pm daily, except Sundays and Festival days, so worth checking in advance. This area does respect the siesta time of the day 2-5pm so some of the shops maybe closed during this period.
You will also find hairdressers, beauty salons, clothing stores, farmacias, doctors and dentists within the village.
We are approximately 12 km from the nearest beach, Torrox Costa, which is pleasantly clean and well maintained with many bars and chirringuitos for your fish tastes.
The journey from Malaga takes around 1 hour by car.
It is possible to arrange for travel cots and high chairs for your smaller children. There are also some toys, please contact us to arrange (fees payable locally).
Access to the house from the private parking is via some steps.
