Holiday villa in Cómpeta, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This huge villa is located in the Natural Park of Sierras Tejeda y Almijara, which provides a privileged location and unbeatable views over the Maroma (the highest mountain in the province of Malaga), some White Villages and the Mediterranean Sea.

The house features three bedrooms with two single beds each, for which up to 6 people can spend their holidays here. The bedrooms are decorated in different colours to identify them, and they are cosy, quiet and extremely bright, in addition to being provided with wide wardrobes and warm/cool air-con. The house also one bathroom with shower and one en-suite with bathtub.

One of the villa’s most impressive areas is undoubtedly the dining-living room, which welcomes a wood-burning fireplace, a 32” satellite TV broadcasting international channels, and a fully equipped galley corner. The room’s high ceilings give space for a mezzanine floor, which is reachable via a winding staircase. This private area will be the background to relaxing activities, such as reading, resting or enjoying the magnificent views of the mountains from the room’s wide windows.

From the kitchen, you can access the outdoor area via a second exit door. Here, you will find a spacious covered porch, where you can enjoy the pure and fresh breeze that blows during the warm summer days, as well as delight yourself with delicious meals. Right next to the porch, a fabulous fenced private pool is located, from which you can enjoy breath-taking views while you cool yourself off, swim or simply relax in the water. You can do so both in daylight and by night, as the swimming pool is fully illuminated. On the other side of the house, a magnificent Andalusian patio with Seville tiles welcomes an outdoor kitchen and a BBQ area.

The access to the villa is possible via a paved lane.
