Finca Almencino with private pool for 6 people, fantastic sea views

Quaint country cottage with captivating views to the mountains and sea.
Only 4,5 km away from Cómpeta. This attractive holiday home combines contemporary and traditional Spanish style. With beauty and design inside and outside, it is an ideal place to relax.

Finca Almencino is divided into 2 floors and offers space for 6 people (+ 1 child). On the ground floor we find the spacious living room with 2 comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a fireplace, the large dining table, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and another small open room with sofa bed (for 1 child). We get to the upper floor over 2 beautifully decorated stairs. The left staircase leads to the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The right staircase leads us to the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and access to a private roof terrace.

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air-conditioning (hot&cold).

Outside the large private pool with sun terrace, the barbecue and a covered terrace with dining table. The entire exterior of the Finca offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.

At only 4,5 km to the white village Cómpeta. The whole way to Finca Almencino is over a tarmac road. The last 450 m to the finca are quite steep, but you can drive there without problems with a normal car that has a reasonable ground clearance.

The nearest town is Competa and offers several small supermarkets, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, medical center, dentist, internet cafe, souvenir shops, tourism information and much more.

Pets:
Pets are allowed (max. 2). We inform you that if you bring your pet you would have to pay a supplement of €50 (once per stay) in cash upon arrival at our Cómpeta office.

Arrival at or after 9:30 p.m.:
Please note that if arrival occurs after 9:30 p.m., a supplement of €50 must be paid, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Heating:
If you want to use central heating (underfloor heating) you would have to pay a supplement of €30 per night. Please let us know 2 days in advance if you want to use the heating.
