Ideally located in the South West of France, near the famous tourist places and 5 min. Lake Saint-Pardoux (300 ha) and swimming pool, the house is part of the hamlet of Margnac 5 km from the village of Compreignac.
Very quiet place, house renovated a few years ago with taste: all comfort, tastefully decorated, large terrace on one level with the garden, private pool and barbecue, in the heart of the countryside, 20km from Limoges in the limousine forest.

Annual vacation

The good points - lovely pool, very peaceful, friendly neighbours and cats. The not so good points - bedrooms awful, could not stand upright, and access to open the windows difficult. No latching on bedroom door, had to be wedged shut. Little clothes wardrobe space. Not suitable for young children and older adults due to the 27 steps from ground floor to the bedrooms. Unpleasant fumes from the mower in the garage almost over-powering.
