Settle into an authentic 19th-century farmhouse, completely renovated, in the heart of the charming village of Comps. This spacious, air-conditioned, single-storey accommodation (95 m²) can accommodate up to four guests in a warm atmosphere where the stone walls tell the story of the place.

The large living room, enhanced by old stone feeding troughs, invites you to relax after a day of exploring. Two beautiful bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room complete this truly comfortable retreat. Just 150 metres away, the greenway allows you to safely reach the Pont du Gard on foot or by bike, along a peaceful and pleasant route.

The 150 m² garden, shaded by a majestic 200-year-old plane tree, is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet, share a meal or savour the mild southern evenings. An authentic, peaceful and inspiring place to experience Provence as we love it. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included.

The house is laid out as follows:
- A 45 m² living room with sofa, coffee table, TV and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine (all capsules), kettle, etc.
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- A beautiful shared enclosed garden of 150 m²
- Terrace with furniture (table and garden furniture) and barbecue to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Comps, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, etc.

The greenway is 150 metres away, connecting directly to the Pont du Gard 17 km away

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor car park (2 vehicles).

Nous avons été tout simplement ravis par l’appartement. Spacieux, lumineux, moderne et bien équipé. Grande cour privée. Environnement bucolique et apaisant. Quoi espérer de mieux ? Nos hôtes ont été d’une grande gentillesse. L’emplacement dans la commune de Comps, au coeur du triangle Arles-Nîmes-Avignon, s’est avéré bien pratique pour se déplacer facilement en Provence.
