The villa is ideal for family or group stays, offering plenty of space for everyone. It features a bright living room opening onto large terraces (300 m²) and 5 bedrooms throughout the house, including a master suite upstairs. The bedrooms have 4 bathrooms/showers (one with bathtub) with toilets, plus 2 separate toilets.



Enjoy unobstructed sea views from a 3,500 m² enclosed garden with Mediterranean trees, olive trees, and fruit trees. The park includes a pétanque court, a ping-pong area, and a charcoal barbecue.



The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers, 2 large refrigerators, a coffee machine, beer tap, oven, microwave, large cooktop, and modern appliances. A utility room (pantry/laundry) adds convenience.



There is a large wooden terrace around the pool and two private upstairs terraces with sea views. The heated infinity pool (15 m x 5 m x 1.8 m), secured by an electric cover, is usually heated from April to All Saints’ Day (weather permitting).



At the end of the road, you can rent a seaside tennis court and kayaks. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. A cleaning fee is mandatory. These additional costs are paid directly to the host via the booking platform’s messaging system.
