River Rock Cabins offers you the old western town feel with gorgeous views of Mt. Baldy, steps away from the Frio River (Mager's crossing).

2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms

River Rock Cabin #1 and #2 are identical.
* Bedroom #1 - king-size bed (private bathroom).
* Bedroom #2 - queen on queen bunk beds, 2 twin size roll a way bed.
* Full size bathroom off the living area.
* Kitchen stocked with all items needed to cook a meal (no food or spices).
* Dining/living area combined and a dining table to sit 6-8.
* 50″ Roku Smart TV.
* Fiber Optic Wi-Fi available
* Outside you have your own private BBQ pit, firepit and picnic table.

We provide a starter pack of supplies for your stay that includes 1 roll of paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags in the kitchen and bathrooms (1 each). All beds have linens, comforters, pillows, and mattress pads. 1 towel/1 wash cloth per person will be placed on beds and/or in bathrooms. All beds have comforters, pillows, and mattress pads.

* Cell service is not great; AT&T & T-Mobile seem to be some of the only phone carriers that have service.

* Check-in is at 3:00 pm. The cabin has a keyless entry system to make it easy for your arrival. Checkout is at 11:00 am. You do not need to check in or out at an office. You will receive your arrival instructions with your access code about a week before check-in.
* River access – You can access the river at Magers Crossing, just a short 1–2-minute walk away.
During your stay at this cabin, you're just a quick walk from Garner State Park. Features include laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the cabin.

The place is wonderful. This is the second time we’ve stayed there. The proximity to the Frio river is great. We went to Uvalde to Dove Hunt and drove the 30 minutes to stay at the cabin because we enjoyed it so much.

Frio stay

We had an amazing stay. The space to access the river was beautiful. When the Frio was “too cold” we played in the heated pool. The cabin had just about everything. I normally can’t sleep when I travel but I slept so well. Couldn’t have asked for more!!

River Rock Cabin

We stayed in Concan while we dove hunted in Uvalde. Cabin was just as expected. Short walk to the river. We plan to dove hunt in Uvalde again next year and will try to stay at the same cabin. We had a great experience.
