Needed more information about property

The kitchen, bathroom and living area was very nice However, there was no iron (though the owner did agree to my buying one and she would then reimburse me) and we couldn't find a working fan which meant we had to leave the windows open at night. We were badly bitten by mosquitoes. We had not been informed there were 50 stairs to climb to access the flat and that parking was some distance away Sadly, we decided to leave two nights erly because of this. I am sure this property would suit a younger couple. We had informed the owner that we were in our 60s. So, after 5.5 hour drive we were somewhat disappointed. Sorry to Dominique for having to write this.

Petit studio sympa ,très très bien équipé ,literie excellente permettant de très bonnes nuits,et idéalement bien situé aux pieds de la ville close et bord de mer.,ideal pour deux personnes( en autonomie normale car au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur).Proprietaire accueillant et disponible en cas de besoin..Ravis de notre sejour dans cette sublime region

Très bon accueil du propriétaire, studio agréable , cuisine étroite ,mais bien équipée. Calme et bien ensoleillé. Petite attention pour les personnes sensibles aux allergies: sol de la pièce principale avec du jonc de mer. Une expérience à renouveler.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Alles wichtige ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für einen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Gerne wieder.

Cet appartement est au centre de Concarneau, donc près de la ville close, les services et d'autres commerçants. C'est un endroit parfait pour le festival de filets bleus en août.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour d’une semaine dans le studio. Appartement propre, fonctionnel, avec lave vaisselle et machine à laver. Un vrai plus. Très bon accueil de Sandra et contact de Dominique. Appartement proche de tout. A à peine dix minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Je recommande pour des vacances ou quelques jours pour un couple souhaitant passer un très bon moment dans cette belle région.

excellent accueil

Le contact avec Christian le propriétaire est excellent, il est très sympathique et arrangeant. Idem pour Sandra qui se charge de l'accueil, elle est tout simplement adorable et se plie en quatre pour aider les vacanciers. Le logement se situe à deux pas de la ville close et est très propre. Le lit, de bonne qualité.

Déçue

Troisième étage sans ascenseur, des travaux dans les appartements des 1er et 2eme étage. Appartement poussiéreux (sisal au sol de la pièce de vie). Cuisine et salle de bain en apparence correctes, mais à l'usage la douche a des fuites à tous les raccords. De plus le téléviseur n'a plus de son après 1/4h de fonctionnement et nécessite une pose d'environ 10mn avant de reprendre (pour 15mn). Tellement déçus que arrivés le samedi nous sommes repartis le lundi.

Logement idéal pour les piétons, on peut tout faire à pied. Vous pourrez apprécier les longues balades dans les sentiers verts et le long de la corniche où vous pourrez découvrir de très belles plages.

Un bon studio pour 2 personnes

L'appartement est très bien équipé. La cuisine comporte tout ce dont on besoin. La salle d'eau est spacieuse, le coin nuit est séparé ce qui est appréciable. La literie est très correcte. Le propriétaire est accueillant. Le parking à proximité se fait facilement (même en période estivale). Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

L endroit était très beau, la location très propre et bien décorée, par contre il aurait été bien d indiquer que c est un studio, plutôt que de noter une chambre,c est trompeur,à 3 personnes c est un peu juste

Bon séjour malgré temps moyen !

Sejours agréable par son environnement ! Appartement bien situé et très fonctionnel ; mais aurait besoin d un bon rafraîchit ( finitions a revoir , odeur de renfermer partout y compris le linge ) propriétaire très accueillant !
