Week in Concarneau

Flat was ideal for us. Opposite a lovely beach and cafes and restaurants nearby. Half an hour walk to town centre or 5 minute drive. Flat was comfy and clean and had everything we needed. Agents were very helpful. Be aware though you need to book and pay for linen and towels. Luckily I had taken tea towels and dishcloths as there were none provided. Otherwise no complaints!

Lovely apartment, great location

Wonderfully situated apartment, really close to the beach and benefiting from use of the resort pool. Very comfortable - I would definitely recommend this property and the lovely town of Concarneau. We hardly used the car as it was so easy to walk everywhere.

Lovely sea view apartment.

We enjoyed our stay overall. All the windows had a sea-view. The apartment was well furnished, comfortable and clean. Large balcony that got the sun in the afternoon and evening. However the balcony furniture was really uncomfortable. It would be nice to have more comfortable seating and there is definitely room for some sort of sun lounger to make the most of the balconies position. The apartment had electric shutters which made up for no proper curtains and felt very secure at night. Main door, lift, hallway and the apartments front door were all easy to get a wheelchair through. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to be close to Concarneau as it is only a 20 minute walk along the seafront and has very easy access to Les Sables Blanc beach. Complex has a heated swimming pool which is kept very clean, with an outside shower by it. The view is better than in the photographs as the complex gardens are now landscaped with flowers and plants, and the wooden sheds are gone.

Lovely apartment, clean, modern, well presented. Exceptionally helpful Managing Agent. Nice pool - warm and quiet. Well located for the beach and walking/cycling into the town centre. Overall a great holiday!

Sauberes Appartement. Kleinigkeiten wie Duschkopf erneuern, Haken zum AufhĂ€ngen von HandtĂŒchern in der Dusche fehlen, war alles in Ordnung. Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr gut der Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. 20-25 Minuten Fussweg in die Stadt, aber sehr angenehm zu gehen.

Appartement vaste et trÚs agréable situé dans un quartier calme face à la belle plage des Sables Blancs, proche de la corniche et d'un sentier de randonnée dans des bois longeant la mer. Seul bémol, le logement est un peu éloigné (à pied) du centre ville et des commerces alimentaires. Mais des lignes de bus desservent le quartier

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Concarneau. Der Hafen und die Altstadt sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Es gibt einen schönen schattigen Fußweg in die Stadt. Zur anderen Seite gibt es einen tollen KĂŒstenwanderweg fĂŒr entspannte SpaziergĂ€nge. Der Balkon hat Abendsonne. Wohnung ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet und hat alles was wir gebraucht haben. Wir hatten entspannte Tage mit Hund und Teenagern. Gerne wieder.

Beau séjour

Appartement spacieux et bien situé. Piscine chauffée au top et juste une route à traverser pour accéder à l'océan. Les employés de l'agence sont trÚs aimables, de bon conseil et réactifs. S'il y a juste une chose a améliorer ce sont les rangements, des étagÚres supplémentaires dans les armoires des chambres et des patÚres et étagÚres pour la sdb. Nous avons passer de trÚs bonnes vacances en Bretagne et cerise sur le gùteau avec le soleil !!!

Eine schöne Zeit

Ein schönes Objekt. In den Betten (eher harte Matratzen) kann man sehr gut schlafen. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar könnte hochwertiger sein. Bei offenem Fenster ist die Straße etwas laut. Der beheizte Pool ist Gold wert. Der Strand gegenĂŒber ist toll und mit Rettungsschwimmern ausgestattet. Der Weg in die Altstadt dauert 15-25 Minuten. SupermĂ€rkte muss man mit dem Auto anfahren.

Appartement relativement bien placĂ© (non loin de la plage) mais prĂšs d’une route ! Quelques bruits de motos le week-end ! Assez bien amĂ©nagĂ©, manque cependant cruellement d’étagĂšres dans les chambres et la salle de bain (pour 4 !) ainsi que de patĂšres dans la salle de bain. TrĂšs bien fournis en vaisselle. We had a wonderful time in Concarneau. The apartment was found even better than what we had expected from the pictures. All appliances where available and in very good condition. The apartment itself was spotless clean.

Appartement agréable et calme. Les meubles sont mal répartis ds l espace.

Au sujet des meubles, lit de 140 petit pour 2 personnes placés ds la plus gde chambre et 2 lit jumeaux ds la toute petite chambre avec difficulté pour y circuler. Bahut bas seul meuble disponible pour ranger alimentation ds le salon et contenant les verres. Terrasse agréable.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in fantastischer Lage

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr schöner Pool, fast direkter Strandzugang, Meerblick, ca. 20 - 25 minĂŒtiger Fußweg durch einen Park direkt in die wunderschöne Altstadt - alles super! Einziger Nachteil: Die Straße ist tatsĂ€chlich recht laut, zumal wir in einer sehr heißen Woche dort waren und gerne bei offenem Fenster geschlafen hĂ€tten. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war die Straße kein Problem. Trotzdem gerne jederzeit wieder! đŸ€—

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© dans une belle propriĂ©tĂ©. Dommage que l'appartement n'Ă©tait pas correctement nettoyĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et que nous avons du le faire nous mĂȘme...sans doute les prĂ©cĂ©dents n'ont-ils pas correctement nettoyĂ© mais cela aurait du ĂȘtre contrĂŽlĂ© par l'agence. (plaques Ă©lectriques et hotte sale, sol des chambres non nettoyĂ©, sol nettoyĂ© dans le sĂ©jour, la cuisine et la salle de bain mais sans doute pas aspirĂ© avant (miettes de pain, cheveux et sable partout,...) Aucun geste ni excuse de l'agence dommage car ils sont trĂšs sympas...

L’appartement est Spacieux et bien placĂ© meme si loin des commerces D’alimentation. Il serait parfait s’il existait des meubles ou Ă©tagĂšres pour poser ses affaires ailleurs qu’au sol, de quoi accrocher les affaires dans la salle de bains... bref il est sous meublĂ© et c’est tellement dommage ! Car il a des atouts : Ă©quipement de cuisine nickel, literie trĂšs agrĂ©able, terrasse parfaite.... La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs calme et feutrĂ©e, on n’entend pas le voisinage.
