The lounge, with its comfortable sofas, invites you to relax after a day at the beach or exploring. Just next door, a large family table awaits you to share your meals in a warm atmosphere. Fancy a film night? Settle in comfortably to enjoy the television and DVD player.

Open to the living area, the modern American kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the whole family: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and espresso machine (percolator), toaster, kettle… Nothing is missing to delight your loved ones!



On the night side, the ground floor welcomes a first double bedroom (140x190) and a bathroom with WC, ideal for a couple or grandparents. Upstairs, you will find five other bedrooms: four with double beds (140x190), one with bunk beds perfect for children, and an office fitted with a sofa, conducive to reading or remote working. A shower room with a hairdryer completes this level. Two independent WCs complete each floor.



Outside, a large tree-lined garden awaits you to enjoy the fine weather in complete peace and quiet. A large 50m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue promises convivial moments around an outdoor meal.
