Appartement dans immeuble calme avec box en sous sol dans le centre de Concarneau . Lit confortable et salle de bain plus grande que je pensais .Machine à laver un peu bruyante .

Petit appartement situé a proximité du centre ville , de la ville close, des plages...Tout à pieds, emplacement idéal ! Accueil très chaleureux avec Hélène qui s'occupe de la conciergerie. Très agréable et très réactive au niveau des échanges ! Je recommande à 100%Séjour très agréable

Praktische hübsche Ferienwohnung

Die hübsche Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Für das Auto gibt es eine Garage, die ein bisschen eng ist für ein großes Auto, war aber machbar. Bettwäsche und Handtücher mussten wir extra bestellen und bezahlen. Gute Kommunikation. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Séjour agréable et super emplacement

Séjour très agréable dans studio très spacieux pour 2 personnes. Localisation idéales pour visite à pieds. Le garage est un plus en box sous sous sol( les voitures de gros gabarit devront manœuvrer)mais c idéal car place stationnement difficile à trouver en ville. Enfin un dernier mot pour remercier Hélène pour son sympathique accueil. Je recommande vivement

Pas besoin de faire bcp de km … Concarneau est magnifique.. on a juste visité Quimper, pont l Abbé et pont Aven… avons apprécié les trois ! Ainsi que les restos !!!

Nous avons savouré la ville de Concarneau et ses rues commerçantes, son sentier côtier et ses ports, la ville close et son musée. Nous avons apprécié le confort du studio, son équipement complet, le calme des lieux et sa situation parfaite. Enfin, nous remercions Hélène pour son accueil, son sourire et sa ponctualité.

Kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Fewo genau wie im Inserat und den Bildern beschrieben. Es ist alles da, was für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt notwendig ist. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Parkplatz in einer abschließbaren Tiefgarage. Die Fenster haben elektrische Rollläden. Zu Fuß bis zur Ville Close oder den Strand in kurzer Zeit. Helene ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.
