we came down to the bay area on jan.17th.,to go to a birthday party on the 18th.when we went to use the shower,it was'nt working !we did'nt have much time to get ready,so we washed our hair in the sink and just freshened up.when we checked out,the guy said he was sorry.i asked him for a receit,but he said i had booked through a 3rd. party.he had it listed as expedia and not hotels.com.i said that was a mistake.not very happy with the hotel,i guess you get what you pay for.. thank you..e.williams

We got there early, about 1pm, just to get paperwork squared and let them know we are attending an event, he said $30 for early check-in!! We aren't checking in and leaving bags. We do this every time we stay here withoutissue, after about 10 minutes of this the little light came on, man had the personalityof a wet toweland the I.Q. of a dirt clod. When we got back at 10pm got in the room and it smelled of stale cigars, it was late so we aired it out and sprayed cologne. Never staying here again.

The room was exceptionally clean, the neighbors were quiet, and the continental breakfast was included. There was also free parking, and there were many places to shop and eat. It was a very convenient location. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others. I used AI to clean this up but these are all my true opinions.
