Dilapidated property. Not sure where they get their high ratings. Upon check in was greeted by a rude and unprofessional front desk female working 4/19 around 8am. Got my key, the room is a time capsule from the 70’s (I think) OLD, old dirty carpet peeling from the walls(yes instead of baseboards), popcorn ceiling, old electricity outlets, the bathroom was even worse, cracked tile and all the fixtures old and rusted. I’ve never seen so much caulking used to cover up maintenance issues. My door was not even locked upon entrance, it just opened… the room had a connecting door that was NOT locked and I opened it and someone was on the other side! What if that person had access to the room prior to my arrival from their side? Who knows. DO NOT stay here. I did not spend any nights there, left.

We stayed for one night, surprised that there are rooms open to the outside. Paid extra to have a room in the tower. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was to be expected

Location is nice, but there is a person sitting in the car with the headlights on for the entire night in the parking lot. Asked for the room change but the front desk said there will be extra changes etc.Rooms are clean but the building is old and the front desk is not flexible to communicate at all.
