The fromt desk lady on duty on Par 17 morning arnd 11am wasn’t nice when we ask towels or to clean our room. She promised to give a new sets of bathroom towels, to my surprised there was no new replacement of towels. Dirty towels was atill inside the bathroom no replacement of toilet & tissue paper.

Staff is substandard, unable to check out, front door locked, no one to assist, security guard looked like a thug, sagging his jeans…doesn’t look professional, criminal watching your guests. Breakfast getting cheaper each time I visit….quality of service going downhill.

Horrible experience, walked in room looked and was used before I got there. Didn’t even bother to clean up after someone left. Literally slept in my car. Went to get breakfast and the ladies very rude all 6 of them. Eating in the back didn’t bother helping me out . No plates, Cups and most importantly food but they were enjoying their breakfast on work hours, while myself who paid didn’t get anything. Great work Ladies 👎. Needs better management
