Nice and quiet

The property offered us some quiet family time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We enjoyed the peace that came with the house and the fact that we weren’t far away from surrounding towns.

Amazing Hosts & House!

The host has made this house very accommodating for anything someone may need! Extremely clean, the beds were so comfortable. All around just a great space! We had no issues staying here comfortably for 2 days while our house was being worked on and if it is available when its time to.put our flooring in then we will request to stay here again!

Perfect Christmas getaway

I stayed with my daughter, son, son's gf, and my grandson. It was a perfect getaway to have our Christmas weekend. The location was so peaceful! It is located about 15 miles from Heber Springs one direction and 15 miles from Batesville the other. We went to the Christmas lights 2 nights. The grill on the back porch was perfect for making steaks. I would 100% stay again!

Rural and nice

This is a mobile home and in a rural area about 10/15 miles from surrounding towns. If you are looking for a getaway from it all this is your best bet. The home is large and spacious as well as the land around it (a hunter’s haven). The home has a few cosmetic scars but scars have a story to tell. The owners have everything you could want or need and if not will do their best to get it. Communication was great. We loved the little sayings on pictures and decor to help brighten your stay. If you are sensitive to noise bring a fan or noise machine because although the land is large and you’re a good ways away from the road you can hear it. We would stay again.
