Pool is seasonal according to regular outdoor temperatures. The pool is normally open Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day weekend due to our local climate. If weather permits it may be open after Labor Day. Be sure to ask in advance when booking if interested in the pool. You are required to sign a waiver if entering the pool area!

This home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. It has a nice size backyard where the pool is located.

Please note in order to stay at this house you will need to sign a Pool Liability Waiver.

If it is found that you did not obey this house rule there is a $1500 fee that you will be sent for doing so. Plus the cost of any damage that occurred to things in the house or property. Please understand that this is only done when the House Rule is broken.
