Great house overall

Great little house overall. I would just recommend you update to reflect this house does not in fact sleep 8 people. It fit 6 max and we had to go get blow up mattresses to make it work. Thanks for an overall great stay though!

Small town charm

Nice and clean, and very easy to work with the owners. Don't want to spoil it, so I'll just say the "treats" upon arrival were unexpected and an extra nice touch! It was December, so we didn't use them, but the outdoor spaces were inviting. The house fully met our needs and expectations!

Lovely home!

The property was very clean & exactly as advertised. The owners communicate very well & are assessable, they have a very easy checkin & check out process, walking distance to downtown, & they keep their property in excellent shape! We hope to be back for another visit soon.

We stayed for the weekend while visiting our daughter for UCM. The place is so cute and they had wine and cinnamon rolls. I highly recommend if in the area to stay. It was great!

The devil is in the details

We did a girls weekend and this place was perfect! The house was so clean and cozy. Many little things were available like snacks, tea, coffee, wine, shampoo, etc. So much thought went into what we and other guests may want or need. The real bonus were the cinnamon rolls waiting for our arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Definitely would stay here again!

Best place yet!

Extremely nice! SO MANY small details thought of and provided. There was a bottle of white and a bottle of red wine (which we didn't drink, but still!). A tray of snacks, every spice you could want to cook with, great towels and bedding, two large televisions, and the most modern bathroom I've been in. Brad was super nice and accommodating and his wife made cinnamon rolls and left on the stove top for us to bake fresh when we were ready. I heard there was someone else going to open a b&b there in Concordia - choose Brad's place!!!

Adorable and cimfortable

We had a few hiccups with the app to unlock the door at first but everything after that was wonderful. The house is adorable and very comfortable. Cinnamon rolls waiting for us. Perfect location for us. I live in Kansas but my friend who came lives in IL so it was perfect middle ground for us and not far off I70 which made it easy to find. Hope to stay again.
