The Space:
320 Farm Stay by Tiny Away is tucked into the open farmland of Congupna, just 10 minutes from Shepparton and an easy drive to Echuca, Kyabram Fauna Park, Girgarre, Mitchelton Wines, and The Violet Town Market. Wake up to vast skies, no neighbours. Scattered trees and expansive paddocks surround this off-grid tiny house—perfect for stargazing, savoring a sunrise coffee, or simply doing nothing.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—ensuring you can fully enjoy Tiny Away's unique holiday homes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: As this is a working farm, occasional activity may occur (e.g., trailer or shed repairs). However, guests still have over an acre of private space to enjoy in peace and quiet. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the tiny home and its immediate surroundings, with no restrictions. Be respectful of the long-term rental nearby. Give the animals space unless you're with the cabin caretaker, and be aware that some horse fences may be electric.
Please note:
- As we are a working farm, you may notice light activity such as maintenance or machinery work.
- You have complete privacy in the area, but there’s a property caretaker on another paddock.
- Please avoid entering other paddocks and keep a safe distance from electric fences unless accompanied by the caretaker.
